Pretty long day but I hit the gym for a quick little workout.
Skills today:
Swingblade suggested Box squats so I did those, worked my core and ran for a bit.
This blog is dedicated to a groupe of 9 to 5'ers working to find mental and physical balance. I called it 1100's because we typically meet at 11:00 AM, Monday to Frriday seeking refuge from the seated position we normally occupy the rest of the day! We'll use this blog to post the Workout Of The Day (WOD), comments, to track improvements and setting goals.
