Wow it's been a while since I've posted but we've been working out I promise!
Today's workout was a mini Hansen
3 rounds
30 DB swings (70 lbs.)
30 Burpees
30 Glute and Hamstring sit-ups (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnQB_jr2T-c)
I had to be inventive with the sit-ups since we don't have a GHD machine but managed to use this Lat pull down machine. Pretty interesting exercise, the timing was hard to figure out, still after 90 I didn't quite have it. I'm sure I'll feel this tomorrow!
