I don't quite remember the workout but it's good. I'll try posting the rest of it. I think I'll try doing next week again.
This blog is dedicated to a groupe of 9 to 5'ers working to find mental and physical balance. I called it 1100's because we typically meet at 11:00 AM, Monday to Frriday seeking refuge from the seated position we normally occupy the rest of the day! We'll use this blog to post the Workout Of The Day (WOD), comments, to track improvements and setting goals.
