WOD 05-05-09

Did the Ab Ripper

25 hollow rocks
25 V-ups
25 bicycles
25 tuck-extension
25 knee to elbows
25 crunchies
25 hip-ups
25 oblique hip raises

I don't quite remember the workout but it's good. I'll try posting the rest of it. I think I'll try doing next week again.
