Awesome workout 24.5 minutes was my time. I'm proud that I was able to do everything as rx'd.
ReplyDeleteWe had to sub the run for a 1/2 mile cycle because our treadmil is busted.
The skip is long and the Box Jumps are tough but it gets easier after.
Looks like a great one...sorry I missed it
