Bench press workout.
I think I'll keep doing this once a week to improve my bp.
5 sets of each, increasing the weight as the reps decrease.
10 reps with 30 sec. rest between sets
8 reps with 45 sec. rest between sets
6 reps with 60 sec. rest between sets
5 reps with 90 sec. rest between sets
3 reps with 120 sec. rest between sets
