This blog is dedicated to a groupe of 9 to 5'ers working to find mental and physical balance. I called it 1100's because we typically meet at 11:00 AM, Monday to Frriday seeking refuge from the seated position we normally occupy the rest of the day! We'll use this blog to post the Workout Of The Day (WOD), comments, to track improvements and setting goals.
This is a good workout to try and get back in shape.
ReplyDeleteI really struggled during the pull-ups. This is a skill I really need to work on developing!
I added a 3 rep round with 2 x 60lbs for the burpees.
